Global recession is standing with a challenge before all of us. People are trying their level best to combat the global crisis. Probably the worst sufferers are the job seekers.[
In a country like India most of the families are middle class and they can't afford higher education mostly professional education in present era. So most of the students pursuing professional education are with the support of loans from banks or similar financial organization in the hope of getting a job just completing the course and repay the loan.
But now the situation is different. Companies are a far away from mass recruitment as they are not undertaking new projects very often these days.
So what is the probable solution to the present day problem?
It can be discussed under a few headings..
1. Developing key Skills....
The students getting professional education outnumber the jobs being created, so the solution to it is to develop key skills besides the professional education which not only will help one to get a job but also to retain it.
Now what is a key skill?
It can be described as a person having knowledge of a Market in a reason quite more than others, then it constitutes a key skill and gives a competitive advantage against others. But its not easy to develop such skills continuous hard work is necessary for it.
2. Being Self-employed....
Another good method to earn one's livelihood in the global recession is to be self-employed. This means creating own job. It can be achieved by analyzing the needs of the market and the products or services required to meet the needs.
Another thing which is very important that: "Where there is a will, there is a way."
So its one's will power that makes all the difference as the word "Impossible" it self says I m Possible...
